Referral Partner Agreement

This is a simple, good-faith agreement between you (the “Partner”) and ProjectBits Consulting (“we” or “us”). By joining our Referral Partner Program, you agree to the following:
What We Expect From You
Submit Genuine Referrals
Only refer people you actually know and believe could benefit from our services. No purchased lists, no spam, no cold outreach on our behalf.
Be Honest
Don’t make promises about our services that we haven’t made. Don’t guarantee outcomes. If you’re unsure what we offer, ask us first.
Respect Privacy
Only share contact information for people who have given you permission to make the introduction. We’ll handle the follow-up professionally.
Disclose the Relationship
If asked, be upfront that you’re a referral partner. Transparency builds trust.
What You Can Expect From Us
Professional Treatment
We’ll treat your referrals with respect and professionalism. They’ll receive helpful information, not high-pressure sales tactics.
Communication
We’ll keep you informed about the status of your referrals (within privacy limits). You’ll know when someone becomes a client.
Fair Credit
First partner to submit a referral gets credit. Timestamps don’t lie. We won’t play favorites.
No Surprises
If we change the program terms, we’ll give you notice. We won’t retroactively change how referrals are credited.
How It Works
- Referral Credit Period: You receive credit for a referral for 12 months from submission date.
- Qualified Referral: A referral who responds to our outreach and engages in a discovery conversation.
- Converted Referral: A referral who becomes a paying client.
What This Agreement Is Not
This is not an employment agreement. You’re an independent referral partner, not an employee or agent of ProjectBits. You’re not authorized to make commitments on our behalf.
Ending the Partnership
Either party can end this relationship at any time, for any reason. If you leave the program, referrals you’ve already submitted remain credited to you through their credit period.
The Bottom Line
Be honest. Send us people you genuinely think we can help. We’ll take good care of them and keep you in the loop. That’s the deal.
